HTI Bellows Pumps are Metering Pumps that operate on a positive displacement principle. The rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted into a reciprocating motion through a crankshaft-connecting rod mechanism. This reciprocating motion provides the bellows with an accordion-like function that generates the positive displacement of fluids. The blow-molded bellows are made from an engineered polypropylene copolymer to ensure a long service life. These pumps can be designed to utilize either AC or DC power and can include custom-engineered options tailored to meet customer specifications. HTI Pumps are adaptable with most pump controllers, which will enable the customer to calibrate the pump performance to optimal standards and efficiency.
